The regular cards are exactly 6.3 x 8.8 cm, or 2.48 x 3.56 inches. There are also Jumbo cards, which, as their name suggests, are much bigger. Not all Jumbo Pokemon cards are exactly the same size. It depends on which series they belong to, and when they were made.
